OPEN POSITIONS WITH EXEMPLAR

HD Nurse (FT)

We are looking for a passionate and driven full-time HD Nurse. RN license and dialysis experience is required.

Dialysis PCT (FT)

As we prepare to open additional shifts we are looking to add to our PCT crew! The candidate must have an active CCHT and at least 1 year of dialysis experience.

Renal Social Worker (PT)

We are looking for a self-driven Renal Social Worker. This position is part-time and allows for flexible hours. Candidate must be a LMSW with a FL license and at least 1 year experience in dialysis.

LIFEWorks EAP

The Employee Assistance Program, sometimes referred to as EAP, is an employer sponsored program that offers a resource to employees and their eligible dependents. The EAP is available to help you and your family maintain healthy work-life balances through assistance with personal needs. The EAP program is available through LifeWorks. A LifeWorks licensed counselor is available 24/7, 365 days a year, completely confidential! Community

Annually we come together to support our community by participating in the National Kidney Foundation 5K Walk. It is a time with team, patients, and the community. Throughout the fundraising season we work together to raise awareness of kidney disease with activities, additional social posts, patient involvement, and participation.
